Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, we are experiencing record levels of demand.
We are working our hardest to ensure deliveries are made in a timely manner and all products are included in each delivery.

Unfortunately, ordering habits have changed and demand for certain products has increased dramatically which makes it difficult for us to manage stock levels.
We are trying to stay responsive to all these changes, but it does take time.
Delivery Times and Estimates
Deliveries are occurring as we are able to make them, so they will often come outside of our usual 5-8PM time slots. We are currently updating our delivery system so that we can provide rough estimations for when your delivery will happen at the start of each day, and updates throughout the day.
Low and Out of Stock Products
We are working hard to find new suppliers for products that have been consistently out of stock or low stock, but this is difficult for certain products that are seeing stock outages across the board. We will try to give more updates on these outages as they are available.
We are looking to offer delivery in West Vancouver and North Vancouver in the near future, but other areas are unlikely to be added as we can not meet our current levels of demand.
It's difficult for us to respond to each case and messages at this time as we are short-staffed. As we move forward, we are trying to increase our capacity. We are currently working beyond capacity.
