Olivier's breads don't use additives or extenders, so they have a 3 day recommended shelf life. They are usually okay up to 4 or 5 days, but if you aren't going to use it in that time, you can extend the shelf life by refrigerating (not recommended, but we don't find it to be too bad) or to freeze (recommended).
Make sure the loaf is well-wrapped in plastic before freezing. Doubling up on plastic is not a bad idea.
To prepare from frozen, we like to put the bread in the microwave (defrost or lower wattage setting) for 10-15 seconds, and then pop them into the toaster.
